Paisley plays GMA July 3.
This week Paisley is in studio putting the finishing touches on his upcoming album, but will close the week by attending the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday, May 9 as the guest of CBS News' Chief White House Correspondent Bob Schieffer, a country music fan. Paisley and Schieffer met at a special Grand Ole Opry show at the Ryman Auditorium during Belmont University's Debate '08 in the fall of 2008. President Barack Obama is scheduled to attend the dinner.
