Charley Pride Album, Film in Works

From Tennessean music writer Peter Cooper:
Last week, Country Music Hall of Famer Charley Pride was in town, working on a new album at Cowboy Jack Clement's Cowboy Arms & Recording Spa over on Belmont Boulevard.
Cowboy discovered Charley in the 1960s, brought him songs and produced more than 20 Pride albums. Charley is producing the new album, with engineer Dave Ferguson (John Prine, John Hartford) manning the soundboard and a band that includes Charley's original steel player, Lloyd Green, and Musicians Hall of Famer Gene Chrisman.
Some Hollywood types were also hanging around: Film director Craig Brewer is working on a feature film about Charley's life and music (no release date set yet for the album or the movie).
