Hannah Montana Back on Top, Brad Paisley's "Then" Stays There

Montgomery Gentry's For Our Heroes Is Highest Debuting Album

If you look real closely, you can detect some movement on the Billboard country albums and songs charts this week. But not much.

The soundtrack to Hannah Montana: The Movie bobs back to No. 1, and Brad Paisley's single "Then" stays at No. 1 for its second week.

Montgomery Gentry's For Our Heroes, a record sold exclusively through the Cracker Barrel restaurant chain, is the highest charting new album. It barrels in at No. 5 with first-week sales of nearly 26,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The only other debut CD is Steve Ivey's Ultimate Bluegrass. It checks in at No. 74. The Flatlanders' Hills and Valleys returns to action at No. 65.

Last week's George Strait tribute special on CBS-TV appears to have bumped sales of the singer's latest album, Troubadour. Although it's been on the charts now for 61 weeks, it bounds from No. 24 to No. 10 this time around. That signifies a sales spurt from 3,000 to almost 13,000 units.

There are only two new songs as well: Strait's "Living for the Night," arriving at No. 34, and the Eli Young Band's "Guinevere" (No. 60).

Returning songs are Trace Adkins' "Til the Last Shot's Fired" (No. 54) and Jimmy Wayne's "I'll Be That" (No. 57).

The remaining Top 5 albums, in descending order, are Kenny Chesney's Greatest Hits II (last week's top dog), Taylor Swift's Fearless and Rascal Flatts' Unstoppable.

Songs No. 2 through No. 5 are Chesney's "Out Last Night," Keith Urban's "Kiss a Girl," Dierks Bentley's "Sideways" and Sugarland's "It Happens."
