Julianne Hough, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood are all included in People magazine's annual Most Beautiful List, now on newsstands. Hough told the publication, "I'm the first to admit it: I like being sexy! I always wear the shorter shorts and my dad's like, 'Cover up!' ... Modesty, that's my biggest downfall." Swift is included in the Under 21 category, while Underwood is featured in the Celebrity Smiles list. Actress Christina Applegate topped the overall list.
