In its first week of release, Kenny Chesney's Greatest Hits II nudges the soundtrack for Hannah Montana: The Movie out of first place on this week's Billboard country albums chart. Concurrently, Brad Paisley's latest single, "Then," usurps the No. 1 spot Sugarland's "It Happens" held for the past two weeks.

The only other new album charting this week is The Boys Are Back by the unwaveringly fabulous Oak Ridge Boys. It comes in at No. 16.

Returnees are John Doe & the Sadies' Country Club (No. 32), Richie McDonald's I Turn to You (No. 66), Old Crow Medicine Show's Tennessee Pusher (No. 73) and Playlist: The Very Best of Johnny Cash (No. 74).

There are four new songs to celebrate: Lady Antebellum's "I Was Here" (No. 54), Craig Morgan's "Bonfire" (No. 55), Tracy Lawrence's "Up to Him" (No. 57) and Jesse Lee's "It's a Girl Thing" (No. 59).

Mark Chesnutt's "She Never Got Me Over You" comes back on at No. 60.

Keep your ears on Rascal Flatts' "Summer Nights," which this week vaults from No. 30 to No. 23.

Trailing Chesney and Hannah Montana in the Top 5 albums list are Taylor Swift's Fearless, Rascal Flatts' Unstoppable and the Zac Brown Band's The Foundation, in that order.

Songs No. 2 through No. 5 are Sugarland's "It Happens," Keith Urban's "Kiss a Girl," Chesney's "Out Last Night" and Dierks Bentley's "Sideways."
