Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift are among the first round of performers announced for the 2009 CMT Music Awards to be held June 17 at Nashville's Sommet Center. Tickets go on sale on May 2 via Ticketmaster. Prices start at $25 and will go up to $99 for a ticket package that includes a seat on the red carpet as well as the main show.
