Alan Jackson will be the headline performer at the AquaPalooza Signature Event at Lake Martin, Ala., on July 25. Last year's inaugural event drew 10,000 people and 2,500 boats. The event is sponsored by Sea Ray Boats. "I'm a boating nut. If I told you how many boats I've had, you'd think I was crazy," said Jackson. "I must have 20 woodies dating from the 1920s to 1960s. When you're out on the water in a classic old boat, you know, it's as if you've gone back in time. The water sure hasn't changed. I like modern boats, too, and I've owned a lot of Sea Rays through the years."
